I worked with Kristina Williams who I have worked with before she’s extremely professional and very good at what she does. The dealership is very professional. They do a great job. Very thorough. The dealership is clean and functional from a customer standpoint. The staff is friendly and attentive, eager to assist or answer questions. He is extremely well versed in the Mercedes brand and patient in explaining what I need answered concerning my vehicle. More

I have been driving my 2011 GLK 350 for 15 years. I bought it in CT when my 300E died on my way back from NY. Tuesday my GLK would not start at the dentist office in Norwell. Tom at MB sent an Uber, I bought it in CT when my 300E died on my way back from NY. Tuesday my GLK would not start at the dentist office in Norwell. Tom at MB sent an Uber, towed my car and gave me a loner, a pretty ruby red MB. I loved it but I love my old GLK more. Best service I have had with MB in years. I highly recommend Hanover MB. More
