The buying process was great. Sales and finance guys were excellent to deal with. Car had a radiator leak 1 week after I got it, and the experience went straight downhill. Thei Sales and finance guys were excellent to deal with. Car had a radiator leak 1 week after I got it, and the experience went straight downhill. Their warranty was supposed to cover it. They dragged the repair out and wouldn’t cover the rental. It ended up being put thru the extended warranty that I purchased separately. I called the service and sales managers and received no call backs. I finally called the dealership management , and he couldn’t have seen less interested. I’m only glad that I do not have to deal with them for service going forward. With that kind of service, I would suggest anyone buy elsewhere. More

People there acknowledge they are too busy. Hire more people oh it’s so hard to hire !!! pay more then !! Not the Mercedes experience I have been used to experiencing. Ugh More
