I had to call several times about a clerical error with my registration. I left my job early and drive for 2hours there only to be told that the registration wasn’t ready. I have always experienced excellent service, very prompt with the service, and received a call back if the advisor could not take my call right away in a very timely manner, don’t know what’s up with this dealership (service department) but there is a definite change!
