My experience was excellent, all thanks to Ryan C. He is a great representative of Mercedes, so helpful, kind, and polite; he really made me feel that I could rely on him to take care of everything. It was almost 6 pm so I could not get service that evening and my E450 hybrid did not come with a spare. Mercedes road side assistance sent a tow truck but left me stranded (I live on Cape) in a gas station near the dealership, they never sent a car or Lyft as promised, even asking if I could just stay where I was (for 3 days)! I was so glad when Ryan called the next morning, sent a Lyft driver first thing, and had a beautiful loaner all set for me to drive home. He explained everything, told me they had to wait until Monday for a new tire, and offered to do the scheduled service while the car was there. A big help! They found what was wrong with the steer assist, and I couldn’t be happier overall. Ryan kept me apprised of what was happening at all times. I am very impressed by him, he’s a great young man and couldn’t do enough for me! Thanks Ryan for turning a bad experience into a good one! More
