Good morning Patrick. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I reviewed your service visit and wanted to clarify the intake hose note your referenced. The "$0.01" line item was not a repair recommendation or an approved service. It was a technician comment noting that the intake tube had previously been repaired with adhesive and, while it was not causing an issue at the time of your visit, it could potentially fail in the future and lead to a check engine light or air leak.    No repair was authorized or billed for that item, and it was not intended to be included with any other service performed, including the transmission service.    Should you choose to address the intake hose in the future, we would be happy to properly inspect it and provide an accurate estimate for replacement at that time.
