I find it outrageous that they charge $245. 88 to do a diagnostic of my car when I told them what was wrong. I also told them what messages that I was receiving on my mobile app that my coolant 88 to do a diagnostic of my car when I told them what was wrong. I also told them what messages that I was receiving on my mobile app that my coolant level was low. Even after I left, I just received another mobile app reminder that my coolant level is low. My reminder came this morning at 12:46 just after midnight. So even though they “ possibly fix the issue”. My mobile app through Mercedes still is not recognizing that my coolant issue has been resolved. And if all it was was a low amount of coolant, they should’ve just topped it off for free and then sent me on my way or based on the fact that it was just a low level even after the diagnostic they should’ve just said thank you for your time and your purchase of our vehicle and let me go on my way but no I paid $245.88. I didn’t think the customer service was all that friendly and I probably will never go back there again. I will find another Mercedes dealership to get any work done on my vehicle. The whole vibe of the place was that all the employees walked around like they were better than you. Even the young gophers that drive your car in and out of the service area we’re not even remotely friendly . Oh, I thought something else when the mechanic was checking over my car for service and he did his recording of my vehicle. He didn’t even record the correct type of vehicle that I have he said a GLE and I have a GLB that’s pretty ridiculousI could go on and on, but I will stop there. More
