Brandon, I'm sorry I wasn't able to remedy your frustrations during our phone call. To recap - we fit you in on a Saturday to service your brakes before a planned trip. Our staff was aware that you had this trip planned, and as a result one of our advisors and the technician working on your vehicle stayed after hours in order to be sure your vehicle was ready to go. Because the service was completed after hours, our car wash was closed for the evening. It is customary that we wash vehicles after a service and certainly apologize that this wasn't an option for your vehicle. However - I'm proud of the service provided by our team, who went the extra mile to get you back on the road.
