Usually great but not lately I’m on my 3rd Benz with Prime and always have had very good experiences with sales and service. But since Molly left, i’ve not been happy. Ultimately I’m on my 3rd Benz with Prime and always have had very good experiences with sales and service. But since Molly left, i’ve not been happy. Ultimately cancelled my appointment with sales to get my 4th Benz. I have a 2015 S class (bought in Hanover). Tire went flat, replaced tire. $400+. I noticed the tire pressure was set to 41 when i drove off. Next day, same tire went flat so i took it back. They said the seal broke and resealed. Tire pressure again at 41. Next day, same tire went flat again. Called to make an appointment to bring it back but for the next week since i had to fly out of town fo the week. Brought it in as soon as i returned. This time they had to replace the tire. Tires are under warranty but they charged me $100. I think the reason it was popping was because the pressure was set to 41 (which goes to 43 when you drive) and not the max 39 I found out later Finally fixed for good and the right pressure, a week later I get “auxiliary battery failure”. I have a CPO car and Sam confirmed that’s good until 2020 so i said “great, this should be covered”. Same said he’d check. Next day he says it’s not covered. I asked how a warranty that covers the electrical system wouldn’t be covered. I go to pick up the car and the bill includes another tire i needed but no battery. I pointed out the invoice doesn’t have the battery so i’m Glad it was covered. He said thanks for being honest, it’s not covered, that’s a mistake, took it back and added $500 to it. He was professional enough but clearly very busy, and sympathized but i just feel like i’ve been taken advantage of twice now in 3 weeks. So i cancelled the appointment with Joe in sales i’ve been working with to get a newer S class. Can’t bring myself to give them more money when i feel like they’re robbing me. -Alex More

Dan was very knowledgeable about the brand and was able to help me understand my options. Matt walked me through the paperwork thoroughly and efficiently so I felt comfortable about the financial side of the transaction. The sales manager introduced himself and let me know several times he appreciated my business and that he and his team were always available anytime I ever needed anything. I love my car and a return to the dealership a few days later for a car wash and to pick up floor mats that were back-ordered was a pleasant experience and I again felt well cared for and appreciated. My kids loved all the snacks and drinks available in the waiting lounge and they can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend you visit this dealership if you’re looking for not only an amazing car but for a luxury experience during the purchase and during subsequent visits for assistance. More

Service Dept Review "A"service performed. Included is a check of tire pressure and adjustment based on test. Obviously not performed because next morning message on warni "A"service performed. I messaged service advisor,he responded that I had to add pressure. Messaged him back that I thought this was part of service I just received. Also left 2 voice messages. Never responded to me. He finally called after my husband left a message. He had no satisfactory response, acted as though it was no big deal and was even rude. Acted as though he diid not care that I was concerned that this service did not appear to have been performed. Secondly, exterior car wash and interior vacuuming is part of service fee. Windshield still had bird doo when I got it back. Was told if I wanted my exterior windshield washed I had to pay for detailing. Another totally unsatisfactory answer. Acted rude and unconcerned that I was not satisfied with the service I received. Told me he would have his manager call me. Never got a call. Sent email to the service manager and outlined my concerns. Never heard back from the service manager. This is not the kind of service I am used to as I have been a Mercedes owner for over 10 years. I do not feel I can trust the service at this point. I have no confidence that the inspection I paid for, very dearly I might add, was thorough and included all the tests that were supposed to be performed. We used to get a checlist listing all tests performed and results but we have not received the checklist the last couple of times. I am a very disappointed and unhappy customer. More
