Not a great day for Mercedes Benz of Hanover service. Arrived for 7:30 service appointment, mount, balance, 4 tires + 4 wheel alignment. Scheduled the appointment noting I would wait. Turned into a 4 Arrived for 7:30 service appointment, mount, balance, 4 tires + 4 wheel alignment. Scheduled the appointment noting I would wait. Turned into a 4 1/2 wait, it shouldn't be. Pressed for time so skipped the car wash. However, the arm rest had some grime, dash was left in maintenance mode and the wheel lubrication was left on the four wheels. The client manager was apologetic and stated that they had one mechanic working on two cars at once. Will head back to the dealership I have used for the past 15 years where it has always felt like concierge service. My ratings are in comparison to the alternate Mercedes Benz dealership. More
Purchased pre-owned BMW from here that I was excited to find! Few snags with pick up that have mushroomed! When I picked up vehicle after they servicing detailing and registered I was surprised that the salesperson had no knowledge on any features on car and told me to go to my local BMW dealership Genius Bar. Vehicle had a rejection sticker since they’d removed battery so I have to get the correct sticker and then submit for reimbursement. After a day or so vehicle check warning light came on for service and was told it was because their tech forgot to reset something and I should bring to my local BMW for them to fix. Understand it was a lower price point sale for Mercedes but surprised they are making it my responsibility to fix their mistakes! Messaged sales and Service manager earlier today and no response! Sales process was great, personable salesman! Finance person I met with was knowledgable but and at end of sales transaction he literally got up from his desk and left! Had no idea if we were actually done or if he was returning!! A handshake, thankyou or even a good bye would have been nice! Can’t say I can recommend dealership after my experience and lack of attention to details! The dealership is almost an hour from my home. Purchased the vehicle because it was a hardtop convertible with lower miles and in great condition! Unsure would return even if they had what I’d be shopping for! Too many mistakes to make it worth my while to travel that far! More

The recommended intake hose repair for $. 01 which I approved was not done. I would like to have it done at some point. I assumed the $.01 price was because it's not an expensive part and coul 01 which I approved was not done. I would like to have it done at some point. I assumed the $.01 price was because it's not an expensive part and could be covered by the $900 transmission flush I paid for. I can schedule the appointment whenever you can get the part.
