A Superb Dealership! My husband and I decided to buy a new vehicle and that we would be shopping for an SUV. After doing our research we decided to begin our shopping at Mercedes Benz of Hanover since their SUV’s had rated so high in rollover and crash tests. We were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who introduced us to salesman Guy Bognanno. Guy listened carefully to what features were important to us and we quickly learned these automobiles had it all and so much more. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge during our test drive and all the information he shared about Mercedes vehicles. This SUV was amazing, but, was unfortunately out of our price range so Guy and his sales manager Brian Tran successfully found us a Certified - Used GLE350 SUV with low miles at a price we could afford. To complete the purchase we had the great pleasure of working with Finance Director Murdock “Mac” MacRae. Meeting Mac was a treat in itself! He was truly wonderful in completing all the paperwork and securing us a great loan and an affordable extended warranty on top of the existing warranty. He was fast and efficient and thoroughly explained everything so we clearly understood what we were signing. His expertise left us feeling confident in our decision to purchase through Mercedes Benz of Hanover. We picked up our beautiful SUV the very next day; registered, insured, new license plates, freshly washed and finely detailed. We couldn’t have been happier! A shout out to Patrick McGuigan for the great hands on tutorial showing where to find and how to operate all the fundamental features as well as the premium perks before we drove off the lot. It’s also worth mentioning that the dealership itself is fabulous inside. Their lavish kitchenette is stocked with a variety of snacks, coffees, teas, juices and more, and we were routinely encouraged to help ourselves to anything we’d like. Everybody there greeted us with pleasantries and made us feel right at home. A service manager stopped to meet us and encouraged us to bring the vehicle in whenever we needed anything or if we preferred, they would pick up the car and leave us a comparable loaner while they completed any maintenance or repair required. We received the royal treatment and we’re so happy we made the decision to buy there! More
