Great service as usual! Had a damaged tire due to hitting a pothole. Was covered under the wheels protection plan and dropping the car off with a fast repair was great. Unprofessional service , very bad experience After buying 2 Mercedes Mattix for business use and spending over $95k. With this dealer . I had bad experience since first day , after 2 years I steal don’t get money back for the ALUMINIUM WEELS warranty That was cancel because , dealer sold the extra ALL weel but provide steal standard weels during the purchase Repair department don’t want to perform necessary repair to resolve problem with loud noise coming out after 25 minutes of driving Related problem with break system , rotors and pats in good working condition on car with 9400 miles Dealer don’t want to repair because they won’t be able to do under warranty They suggest to replace it but at 50% of cost if I want to stop the Squeaky noice which doesn’t have nothing to do with car low mileage and parked in the garage for the last 2 years What kind of service is that ? This won’t never happen in real live in Germany in any dealer as far I know after 15 years of experience working for BMW in Germany Mercedes it’s loosing there’s reputation because of the MERCEDES PRIME DEALER IN HANOVER , MA More
