Good but v e r y slow service Made a 10:45am appointment to replace a headlight and a front parking light. Was told this would take less than 45 minutes. Requested that my tires be checked and a 4 wheel alignment as I hit several large pot holes this week. Was told this would take another 45 minutes for a total of 1 1/2 hours so I felt safe in making an appointment for 2 hours later. It took 3 hours and 5 minutes before my car was done. The service man apologized and then slain, there was someone ahead of me. Then why did I make an appointment. When I went to pay my bill the printer in the credit card machine ran out of papers and there we none to be found in the area. Another woman came and scurried about, went out if sight for a few minutes and came back with a few small tools of paper. Total time at your facility 3 hours and 15 minutes. I missed my appointment and had to reschedule for the next day More
