Treated me like a Queen! I had my heart set on a Lexus. After I visited Lexus of Las Vegas where you would expect a "high end" experience and I received the opposite. I was pre-judged, over charged and I had to demand a manager, who gave me the same "low end" impression. I was left feeling disappointed and deflated. It completely turned me off to Lexus and honestly, I was thinking I should just keep my car and not bother with buying a new one. My dad suggested I speak to his friend Lois Greer at Mercedes-Benz of Henderson. After speaking to Lois on the phone we decided to go check out the dealership and test drive a car. Night and Day difference from the Lexus of Las Vegas dealership!!! We were treated like GOLD and Lois was so helpful! She asked all the right questions to ensure I got all the options that I wanted and she made sure every detail was accounted for. I had no idea how safe Mercedes was until she showed me actual photos of crashes and explained all the attention that goes into making these cars. She made sure I well informed in all aspects. The entire staff was SO professional and welcoming! I couldn't stop smiling the entire time I was there. Pete helped me with my financing. He went through all the optional items in full detail explaining the benefit and prices. He even shopped around and made some phone calls to BEAT the rate I already had been pre-approved with! Kelly Thomas went though the entire car and set everything up for me. Again, making sure I was well informed on all my options and services. She was so sweet and professional. She took my picture and made me feel special. I received EXCEPTIONAL care and service from everyone I interacted with here. Thanks for making me feel special and like a QUEEN! Very professional and courteous. I had very little knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product because I had always been a BMW owner. After driving the CLA 250 I was sold and courteous. I was treated with the most upscale courtesy as though I had bought the most expensive Mercedes Benz on the lot. Had been told to avoid going to the dealership to have my car serviced. The way I was treated, dispelled what I had been told about going to the dealership for service on my older Mercedes vehicle. I was given a print out as to what a tune up may cost as well as the service representative's card to call when I am ready to have my "0ld girl" serviced. I felt as though a personal interest had been taken in my wanting to have my car serviced at Henderson Mercedes. Thank you for having such a kind, polite and courteous staff. More

My husband and I have owned GMs our entire life and just felt like the customer service has gone down the drain. We traded my Yukon Denali and his z06 corvette for a new GLA AMG and c300 and it was the best experience we've ever had. I hate the car buying process but Trent and the staff really changed my mind. The customer service is without compare. They all made me and my family feel valued and didn't waste our time. The coffee and donut bar is a nice touch too! Someone was always asking if we needed waters. They just went above and beyond anything we've ever experienced. My husband "only buys American" and we will forever be in the Mercedes family!! More
