Our organization lives and breathes for the utmost satisfaction of our guests. Although we’ve diligently addressed each of your concerns- it seems, unfortunately, that it has not led to your satisfaction. We were equally disappointed in the condition of the carpets when your car arrived to you, trusted your pictures, and we addressed it immediately. The detail company that we sent to your home came with excellent reviews. We were glad to hear how happy you were as per your comments on the Mercedes-Benz survey about what an excellent job they did for you. You also complimented specifically our professionalism. We had lengthy conversations about the vehicle and its condition addressing each of your concerns, however, never once was a noise mentioned until almost two months after you took delivery. We stand behind each and every one of our vehicles, so we went through the transport company’s rigorous inspection of the vehicle upon pickup and delivery, in addition to our own inspection records. It’s clear the vehicle had no damage when it was dropped off to you. We understand things can happen on the road, and we can help make your repairs quick, easy, and affordable; however, we cannot pay for the damage that occurred months after you took ownership of your vehicle. Accusing me for damaging the car and come back to dealer to seek compensation is not a way to service your customer. In particular the damage mark as shown on the photo clearly showed that it was caused by transporting. All I can say my experience with this dealer is unbelievably BAD. I guess from now on, I will need to crawl under the car to inspect the car before taking delivery.
