Most of the interaction occured over the phone and once the approval was made, it took just a short time at the dealership to sign the finance paperwork and drive off!! Based on my description of the problem and the symptoms, eight hours seems excessive from my perspective. But, admittedly I was anxious to get back on the road. Hence the four stars and not five. More
