This was the 3rd time I have visited this dealership, and as always, the customer service was outstanding. Initially, I visited the concierge for some connectivity issues which were quickly resolved. This most recent time, I took my car in for tires and an alignment. Michael Burns was not only able to move my appointment up a couple of days, but was able to beat my online estimate for the tires! Heather made sure that I had a loaner vehicle that would work for me, and she is always a pleasure to deal with. My car is out of warranty, so I could take it anywhere, but I choose to do business with Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head because of their customer service and the quality of work performed! More
