The staff was always friendly and courteous, but I left disappointed with how my repair and warranty claim were handled. A low-mileage vehicle developed a fuel system issue that ultimately required replacement of all four fuel injectors. Before authorizing the repair, I was told the problem was likely due to bad fuel and was instructed to refill with fresh fuel. After doing exactly that, the same problem occurred again. The vehicle was then diagnosed with leaking injectors, resulting in a repair bill of more than $4,500. The warranty claim was denied because the failure was attributed to fuel contamination. However, when I asked how it was determined that contaminated fuel caused the injector failure, I was told the fuel would have to be sent out for testing at an additional cost. That left me paying for a major repair while the stated cause of the failure had not actually been confirmed. I also asked whether a previous fuel system repair performed by the dealership could have contributed to the issue, and I never received a clear answer. I appreciate that everyone I spoke with was professional and respectful throughout the process. My disappointment is with the lack of a clear technical explanation for the warranty denial and the feeling that the burden of proving the cause was placed entirely on the customer. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and transparency for future customers facing similar situations. More

Once again, I received excellent, professional service on my car from Mercedes -Benz of Hilton Head. They're the best. In fact, even though we have a Mercedes dealership in Savannah, I choose to drive to B my car from Mercedes -Benz of Hilton Head. They're the best. In fact, even though we have a Mercedes dealership in Savannah, I choose to drive to Bluffton to get all of my services and repairs done there (on my 2nd Mercedes). Had to wait for a second key after I left dealership. Found in mechanics tool box.Numerous calls to have the key mailed to me. No manuals in the glove box. Slight tear in the drivers seat. I am very happy with their service department. I had my car serviced today. Robert from the service department explained everything to me in great detail. They washed the car before I picked it up, and at pickup Robert reviewed with me everything that was done. More
