Yohany, I am sorry you are not satisfied with your service experience. At all times your vehicle was a top priority in our Sprinter Repair Facility. Since your Sprinter had already had an attempted repair at another Mercedes center we felt like it was best to open a technical case with Mercedes Germany. Many times this is a lengthy process however the best solution is to resolve reoccurring issues. During the diagnosis and repair of your initial concern, our technician noted that your van had an SRS Light on that needed to be addressed due to it being safety-related. After your repairs were complete based on the repair procedure from Mercedes the technician and shop foreman test-drove your van for approximately 50 miles with no issue and deemed it repaired. It was unfortunate that your light came back on after you picked your van up and I do understand your frustration however our team promptly contacted Mercedes and ordered the needed part as instructed. When the part arrived we got your van in on Friday and completed the repair the next day. We value you as a client and would like to speak with you in person about your experience.
