Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head is simply the best local dealership all the way around! Recently purchased a new GLE 450 from Nick for my wife’s birthday gift.. Nick our sales agent, Mr. Partridge the sales manager, and Ms Vickers the service manager all came out to congratulate my wife and to wish her a happy birthday! Received my car back filthy. Not the service I should expect from Mercedes Benz. They offered to bring it back and clean it but 26 miles at $5 a gallon, not really worth it. Traveling through the area and had a problem while on the road. Walked in with no appointment and the service representative was spectacular.
