The service at Mercedes of Hilton Head is always exceptional. The service manager there, Monica Vickers, runs a very tight ship and hires good people. Everything went very well from working with Nick, finding the vehicle and color that I wanted. First time buying a Mercedes so it was somewhat daunting on my part but Nick made it great. Very poor customer service for service department. Pulled in 8/ 13, nobody comes out to greet you. There were 6 service techs sitting there, not one came out. Finally I guess he was the service manager brings tablet out to get pictures of car registration. Then assigns me to Abigail. Who, first day I got a call saying need car for another day, ok I have a loner no problem. Second day no call, so I call her, she says oh I totally forgot about you. This morning I notice there is glue like stuff over passenger side lower panels. Never say it yesterday, got in drivers side. Abigail said car was cleaned and ready to go. For having an expensive car, you would think I had an assigned advisor who knows me and my car!! I have been car here for two years, always had the same gentleman. Very disappointed in dealership that came under new management in March of 2024. More
