Went in for a recall. I scheduled an appointment, if you are running that far behind schedule offer a loaner car or reschedule the appointment. Very disappointed, and they rotated the tires last visit and rotated them the wrong way they are one direction tires and their Mechanics didn’t know how to rotate the tires correctly! Come on. More

Having your car serviced at MB of HHI is always easy, easy to schedule and easy to pick up. The advisor communicates as necessary through text and voice, so I get two means of notification. Service advisor Delano Bowens was great in scheduling loaner and keeping me informed of the work being done.
