Mr. Benoliel, Thank you for your review in reference to your visit and attempt to purchase the Jeep from our store. It saddens me that this review was written, and we were unable to come to terms with you. As I recall you came to our store for service on your Sprinter and while here you saw a freshly traded in Jeep. We offered to sell you the Jeep at a $5000 savings from our list price due to the fact the Jeep has not been completed from our service department. During my interactions with you I personally advised you we would sell it for $28000 AS-IS prior to any repairs being done and I showed you the repairs needed, and you advised "I will take care of them myself". You then offered an amount below what we owned the Jeep for, and I declined. I understand that you are upset in reference to this deal but the falsehood of your statement about our store is simply untrue as you were more than willing to buy the car AS-IS we just could not meet your price. I am still more than willing to work with you on the price of the car and making the repairs as needed which will affect my $28000 offer to you. I trust this reply finds you well and if you would like to continue to work with me and find a resolution to the deal, please feel free to let me know and we can discuss. Yes, you received a physical copy of it from Ken, but I did go over it with you on my phone prior to your test drive. This is not my intention to get into a he said she said battle with you but to find a solution to your problem, see if we can come to an agreement, and as well as provide our half of the events that happened during your visit.
