Pretty easy to get an appointment. I also requested a loaner car that they provided me with. I have a sensor overload on the G-wagon and they keep beeping. The dealerships said they couldn’t replicate the beeping noise, return if it persists. I had 2 tires replaced and a prepaid maintenance plan performed. People there are friendly, leave texts if there is a problem. I prefer this dealership to the one I have in Florida. Miss Jenn at front desk is very helpful. More

Very difficult to pay them. Charge a fee to use a credit card but will not take a check.
