This dealership is the worst. They only cater to customers that buy from their dealership. You’re penalized if you own a Mercedes not purchased from them. I purchased a Mercedes from a reputable dealer locally (non Mercedes dealership) and unfortunately days after the purchase, the MBUX system went out completely on a 2021 GLS 580 with 18,000 miles, still under factory warranty! Warranty wouldn’t cover it and the dealership wasn’t willing to gain a customer by helping to resolve what’s clearly a bad design product. If it’s already having major problems and other customers are complaining of the blacked out screens happening in the 450s and 580s what does that tell ya? The general manager is clearly aware of this issue and hasn’t once reached out to myself or my husband to find a resolution. We were told if we purchased it at their dealership they’d be able to fix it. I can’t return this vehicle fast enough! Be aware before purchasing this brand! More

I would not think twice about bringing your MB to this dealer for service, their techs seem to really care and are driven by great management!! More

They picked up my car valet service, which I was super excited they offered. Then called me at 3 pm to tell me it would be delivered back after 5 pm. It was never returned to me. At 6 pm I called and got excited they offered. Then called me at 3 pm to tell me it would be delivered back after 5 pm. It was never returned to me. At 6 pm I called and got VM. I had the valet drivers cell number so I called him and he said my options were to wait until the next morning or have him deliver it but I had to drive him back to the dealership. He was extremely professional and I’m grateful that he returned my car to me. But I’m shocked I never heard a word from the service coordinator, manager or dealership, no apology or anything! I will not be taking my car back to this dealership. More
