Allison Saunders went above and beyond recently when I purchased a vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head. She came in on her day off and spent the entire day guiding me through the process. I am a 1/2 year resident (alone single woman) this dealership offers me no loaner car and I was stranded on my commute down to my vacation home beside the road. I later got a flat tire and I have an e dealership offers me no loaner car and I was stranded on my commute down to my vacation home beside the road. I later got a flat tire and I have an engine (2020 model) loosing power. I was told to be stranded with no loaner and no guarantee of how long they would have my car. I guess owning a high end Mercedes and being stranded isn’t important unless you are a permanent resident. More
