Nothing memorable about service writer, quote text was lacking information (what exactly was being performed). It’s the cashier that’s the reason I will try another dealership. She was condescending the moment I spoke with her, complaining about where I parked the loaner, explaining to me that the sales staff doesn’t like the service departments loaners in front of the dealership. It was my first time at this dealer, nobody told me where to part, and to be honest I do t care if there are problems between the sales and service staff. I just paid $1000 for an oil change, you can have someone move the car. She was rude and there are plenty of alternatives so I’ll be taking g my business to another dealership. More
