I live over a thousand miles from the dealer and most people won’t bother with you after making a sale because they don’t think you will be back. Not Luis, he handled this as if we were in person and with the care as if he was in my shoes. It was a good experience to be able to do a transaction sight unseen with a man’s word held up solid.
