Great dealership - Salesman even better David Snyder I was shopping for couple of weeks for a car. I finally narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. They both happened to be at MW. One was at Mercedes and the ot I was shopping for couple of weeks for a car. I finally narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. They both happened to be at MW. One was at Mercedes and the other at Land Rover in the same parking lot pretty much. Now - I'm sure you know shopping for a vehicle is almost like a full time job and probably the worst part about it is the sales folks that are just pushy and will not let you breathe. So what we decided to do was go at night when the dealer would be closed to get a look at the vehicles from the exterior to get an idea of whether or not we would proceed with coming back the next day. Well we met David Snyder leaving for the night by his vehicle. And even though it was well passed 9pm he decided to hang around and talk to us about the vehicles we were interested in. He was friendly and passionate about cars and it truly showed. Unfortunately MW does not hold vehicles and we could not return until Sat morning to test drive the vehicles. He followed up daily to ensure that the vehicle was there and even followed up with a photo Friday evening. He provided us all of the paper work and work that was done to the vehicle and truly gave me a new outlook towards car salesmen. David was not pushy or rude in anyway and was just awesome to work with. He also introduced us to the Used Car Manager John Kyriakopolous - who was straight forward and did not beat around the bush. We appreciate that since we value our time and others. Also got to deal with Tom Herwehe for a few minutes: we came back in the evening to finalize our purchase and complete the financing the Finance Manager Kelly was very busy and we ended up standing around longer than we expected. Tom came over and addressed our issue and immediately got us situated in Kelly's office. Thanks Tom. I will be recommending David Snyder to all my friends looking to purchase a vehicle. My first brand new car is a Mercedes Benz S550 I transitioned from a used 2012 BMW 750i xdrive to this brand new 2017 Mercedes S550 and boy it blows everything away with its impeccable build qualit I transitioned from a used 2012 BMW 750i xdrive to this brand new 2017 Mercedes S550 and boy it blows everything away with its impeccable build quality, exquisite refinement and fabulous design. I love it's smooth and flowing lines. The comfort is top notch and power delivery is buttery smooth. Cruising on the highway at 60-65mph @1100 rpm in 9th gear, tremendous! that 4.7 l v8 has oodles of power and just a little pressure of your right foot it lurches forward with no hesitation. This car is loaded with so many cutting edge technologies. There is distronic plus which works great on the road (radar and camera guided cruise control) then parktronic which I'm yet to test, so many other nice features as well. I'll probably expand this later but now I have to spend some time on the very nice people I dealt with. David Snyder was the Sales guy who took care of the deal from start to end, a very helpful person with genuine interest to get me the best deal possible. Then there was Bob who was the Sales Manager who helped a lot to achieve the numbers I was comfortable with and also I should mention about the General Manager Mark, helped me as well. The finance manager Kelly was very swift with preparing the documents and wrapping things up. Overall a great experience buying a great car. Looking forward to work with these guys in future. More
