I was blown away by the sales experience. Chuck Johnson answered every question. He didn't pressure me in anyway. I've had my E-Class in for 2 or 3 service issues. Wow. They fix everything right away and with skill. This dealer knows his product. I will be coming back again. More

Although I didn't buy a car from Chuck Johnson I would have if this dealer was closer to my home. I stopped in to kill some time and look around while my wife was shopping and ended up spending about a ho have if this dealer was closer to my home. I stopped in to kill some time and look around while my wife was shopping and ended up spending about a hour with Chuck including a test drive in a new SLK 350. He was very knowlegeable and friendly even though he understood my intentions from the start. I did eventually order a car from a dealer closer to my home but when it comes to service I will keep an open mind about this dealer. They appear to be a cut above the other Mercedes dealers that I have visited. More
