Purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates, IL. And I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to work with than Luis Guizar’s. He took every part of the transaction diligently and professionally from start to end and still, if I was to have a question I know that he would take the time to answer whatever it is that I need even months later. I live over a thousand miles from the dealer and most people won’t bother with you after making a sale because they don’t think you will be back. Not Luis, he handled this as if we were in person and with the care as if he was in my shoes. It was a good experience to be able to do a transaction sight unseen with a man’s word held up solid. Client advisor Jacob Kapolka, a motoring enthusiast and not merely a salesman, was informative and bended over backwards to fully explain the most nuanced of performance and option details of the vehicle and I cannot thank him enough.
