Untrustworthy I purchase two Brand New 2016 C Class from there 3 years ago. One of the cars came with 19 inch summer run flat tires that didn’t even last me 10k mil I purchase two Brand New 2016 C Class from there 3 years ago. One of the cars came with 19 inch summer run flat tires that didn’t even last me 10k miles. Continental Contisportcontact 5 SSR are the worst. What’s worst is the customer service and untrustworthy service this service dealership has. I went in to get 4 new tires for my car not even a year before I had gotten it, and I talk to the service advisor about this. I worked with Jason Ehret. He told me to get all-season tires. I asked him if I could return the car with tires since it was a lease car and he said yes. I believe him because that is what one does when working with a service department you have to trust them hoping they are being honest with you. Well he lied to me because now 3 years later after the pre-delivery inspection was done. Mercedes Benz is charging me for 4 brand new run flat tires. I’m not happy that because I was lied to I have to now pay almost $1500. If I would have known the truth from the beginning I would have gotten run flats. I called their Service Manager Bob Sullivan, and he took weeks to get back to me just to tell me they will not do anything for me unless I get a car from them again. Like what kind of customer service is that? I got 2 cars from you guys and you want more of my money when all I’m asking for is help with replacing my tires. Please people do not go to this dealership for anything at all. I felt disrespected by the company overall because that is who he represents. I do not recommend this place at all. I recommend you to go elsewhere unless you want to be lied to and mistreated. There’s plenty of other luxury brands or Mercedes Benz dealerships out there. More
The Best or Nothing I am an employee but I’m also a client that has purchased over 10 cars in a 14 year span from MW as well. With that being said 7 of which have all been Mercedes-Benz and all services at MB/HE. I feel obligated as a paying customer to praise both the Service Manager Robert “Bob” Sullivan and my Service Advisor Jason Palmer. As a brand that promotes; “The Best or Nothing” then I choose Bob & Jason on each & every service visit! They treat me with the upmost respect & professionalism which in my view point always needs to be acknowledged & recognize! Job well done guys; appreciate the A+ service, always! Thanks for everything!!! More

Service department ok , scheduling ok but when you got your car back , you have to check for damages, little scratches, I have few times problems and adviser in my case Jason Palmer ( I cannot get rid of him I don’t know why) , don’t care at all . He don’t even call you back ( last time ) I still use their service but I won’t recommend to my friends. If you have go there don’t work with Jason More

Brought the car in for scheduled service and asked Jason to also check out a low speed rumble when turning. Unfortunately I was disappointed to learn that the transfer case was failing, not an inexpensive repair. Although the car was out of warranty, Jason contacted MB who agreed that the part should not have failed with such low mileage, 43,000 miles, and covered the parts for the repair. Thanks Jason, you and the team at MB of Hoffman provided true customer service and I will not forget it when we purchase our next vehicle. More

Ton of patience and knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz flew from his mouth he convinced me in getting a car. He was most accommodating and made my car buying a experience, with NO Pressure ... He is truly a asset to Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estate. His follow up and sense of humor was well liked and appreciated for the time spent in the dealership. Ignorant, cheap, lazy... can't think of more words Worst dealer-mechanical experience EVER. When it comes to under warranty repairs they will go through xxxx not to do it. Tried to be polite, tried to yell and scream, went to a manager- nothing worked. Apparent oil leak either from the oil filter housing or the power steering tank. After a week of "Checking" they came to a conclusion that there is no problem and the car is fine- yeah it's totally normal for a 2012 C300 with ~27k miles to have the whole front of the engine covered in oil. Went back- showed the engine to a supposed "manager" shoved his hand in there got it all oily and then he promised at least they will clean it because " i'ts probably something old that had been fixed"- yeah Casper came one night and magically fixed it. Another week goes by- the car is again diagnosed FINE and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Engine is still covered with oil. Either extremely stupid and their mechanics are idiots or just plain lazy and cheap! The best or nothing... Not with these guys! More
