I recently had my car serviced. Devin was the service professional I worked with throughout the day. Devin called when my car was ready for pick-up. He also stated, that he would not be in the office when I came because he was doing a test drive with another customer. He told me to go to the Cashier counter to pickup my car. When I arrived at the dealership, Devon was gone and there was a sign on the Cashier counter that they were out to lunch. And no one seemed to know the status of my car. After a while a service rep. had my car brought to the waiting area. This is my second Mercedes I have had serviced at MB of Honolulu since 2011. Over the years I have seen and experienced a decline in customer service. I gave a 3 star review for the following reasons: never offered a loaner in the initial process (luckily I had arranged a pick-up), confusion when I went to pick-up my car and the car was dirty (inside and out) when I picked it up. Customers used to be treated better in the past. I'm not sure what has happened over the years. Unfortunately, I have to recommend the location because it is the only MB dealership on the Island.
