Great Service Quality of work was great. But, I had to wait 3 and a half hours just to get 1 new tire!!! I went on a Saturday and they were very busy and it seemed Quality of work was great. Service My tire had a razor blade in it and I brought the car in to the dealership to get it looked at. Smart car services. After I pick up my smart car and drive every day and I found something wrong about audio system. It cuts out for a second then return normal often. (every 15-20 minutes) I made appointment smart car service department and they find out any problem of audio system. I hope this problem not come back again when I drive myself. While Warren was on leave we were reassigned to Stephanie Simon. We are very impressed with this young lady. My wife and I both had our cars taken cared of by Stephanie at the same time. Charming, energetic, understanding and patient. And she knows her products. We wish Warren a speedy recovery but now have a delightful alternative in the service department.
