As a comparison--BMW always wants to sell you something when your car is being serviced and they never ever have a loaner car unless you buy something. Mercedes is zero pressure to buy anything and always a loaner. BMW service agents are disrespectful. Mercedes are genuinely kind and helpful. In Hawaii BMW and Mercedes are across the street from each. Save time. Skip BMW. Mercedes are all around better cars, built to last but when they need routine service they treat you right.
