Great Help Craig always does a great job answering questions, and helping me with various issues. He also showed me how the car will give me my tire pressure and Craig always does a great job answering questions, and helping me with various issues. He also told me how to help my husband who just got a new battery at Mercedes, and didn't know how to reset his windows. He even took me to see one of the gals in the sales department who explained how my phone connection works. I was having problems. I really appreciate this extra help. That's what makes it 5 star. As a comparison--BMW always wants to sell you something when your car is being serviced and they never ever have a loaner car unless you buy something. Mercedes is zero pressure to buy anything and always a loaner. BMW service agents are disrespectful. Mercedes are genuinely kind and helpful. In Hawaii BMW and Mercedes are across the street from each. Save time. Skip BMW. Mercedes are all around better cars, built to last but when they need routine service they treat you right.
