SErvice Advisor Warren Ishii has been our service advisor for years. We appreciate his attention to detail and his adherence to on time appointments. Buying a certified mercedes I walked into the dealership without appt. I wanted to trade in my car. Robyn was assigned to me and got right on it. Within an hour I had the paper I walked into the dealership without appt. I wanted to trade in my car. Robyn was assigned to me and got right on it. Within an hour I had the paper work to my new used certified SUV. I checked on the car and told me they were ficin breaks and put on new tires. I was supposed to come back at 5pm to pick the car up. Robyn set my phone for me and and explained the dashboard etc. we ended up telling for an hour. He invited me to call him anytime I had questions or needed help with the car. He thanked me for my purchase. Robyn is a great salesman. He is not pushy he just helps you find what you are looking for and explains everything so you make informed choices. I would work with him anytime and recommend him to anybody wanting to purchase a Mercedes in Honolulu. More
