I have been having an ongoing air conditioning issue with my GLC 300 so I took it in for service and was assisted by Service Advisor Jasper Mendoza who arranged a courtesy vehicle for the almost 2 weeks the my GLC 300 so I took it in for service and was assisted by Service Advisor Jasper Mendoza who arranged a courtesy vehicle for the almost 2 weeks the service took due to a part needing to be ordered. Jasper kept the vehicle a couple of extra days to confirm that the issue was resolved. In and out quickly and when I went back to pick up my car Jasper once again got the paperwork pulled together and although they were quite busy his son who is working there as a summer job kept me entertained talking about golf. About as painless as you could expect when having to get my vehicle serviced. More

I bought a 2014 BMW from Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway. Once I put a deposit down, it took a little over a week to get the car ready. Driving it home I noticed a smell. It had an oil leak that was leaking onto the exhaust system. It was very noticeable after a while. It also has a rattle in the engine bay associated with the air conditioning. Finally, the tires are directional. The rear tires were installed backwards. In an area known for heavy rain this could be very bad. I believe that either they missed all of these issues, and if so, what does that say about their maintenance? Or, they knew about them and sold the car to me anyway. They might not be under any obligation to report these issues, but what does that say about a dealership if this is how they do business? I would avoid this dealership at all costs. More
