Purchase went okay, I get a couple of follow up emails, all good, then I get a 6:00 AM text asking my opinion of the dealership waking us both. The next morning I get ANOTHER 6:00 AM wake up text. Obviously, a bit of insincerity about how much they care about me or my purchase. More

I visited Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway to check out a 2016 Mercedes Benz E350 Sport. It was a nice experience there at the dealership. The sales person was very nice and answer all my questions. She helped me updated the MB Account for the car that I ultimately bought. Only thing is I couldn't get access to the Mercedes Me app due to VIN verification which dealer should have access even though it's a older vehicle. AutoNation also fixed almost all issues with the car before delivery. And it took very long to get the car in my hand. Overall I would recommend this dealership. And the car was awesome too! More
