After a long internet search and many stops at several dealerships, I found a truck with what I was looking for, plus more. I called and set up a time to see the the truck with Aaron Davis on the followin dealerships, I found a truck with what I was looking for, plus more. I called and set up a time to see the the truck with Aaron Davis on the following day. Upon arrival, Aaron met us outside and was very knowledgeable and helpful as I looked the truck over. (This is a GMC at a Mercedes dealership) I liked the truck and asked about making a deal using a car to trade in that I had not bought with me. Aaron took my information and went inside for less than 10 minutes and returned with a proposal that gave me quite a bit more for my trade (sight unseen) than any other dealership. I figured there had to be a catch somewhere, but Aaron told me that if the car was as I said it was, they will honor it. I thanked him and left to look at two more trucks at dealerships that couldn't come close to matching the deal at Greenway Mercedes, so I called Aaron and set a time to bring my trade in and make the deal. Fully expecting something to change, I was surprised to see all the paperwork done and laid out for me to sign. They looked the car over and gave us exactly what the proposal said. The deal was made! This dealership experience was different from any other one I've had in the past. First trip there, 30 minutes and left with a proposal. Second trip there, less than 2 hours and drove off with a truck! No haggling, no endless back and forth with a manager! My first Good experience at a car dealership. I don't know if it's that way with all the salespeople there, but Aaron Davis changed my mind about car salesmen. Thanks again, Ross Burton More

Dealership is good. The issue is the car part quality and vehicle warranty. My car has 55K miles and they won't warranty defective parts.
