My GLA-CL posted a "Service B Exceeded" warning message. I took it to the dealership and they would not remove the message unless I purchased a service plan for $916. All of the services in the plan had been completed by other service providers (Jiffy Lube, Discount Tire, etc) The salesman never told us of any service plan requirement when we purchased the vehicle. I feel this dealership is a ripoff and I would not recommend it to anyone. More
Lets start with the week I’ve had, none of which is the fault of Greenway but it started with a 4 day blackout, 2 concussions, and my vehicle being stolen the morning I was released from the hospital My fault of Greenway but it started with a 4 day blackout, 2 concussions, and my vehicle being stolen the morning I was released from the hospital My purchase stared with a pre-approval via CapitalOne. I landed on this BEAUTIFUL used 2019 Range Rover Sport under 20K miles great options. DON MORALES called and emailed about the vehicle and arranged the test drive. I called ahead and told Don that I DID NOT want to waste time at the dealership. I admitted that I really hate car salesman and I was not one to xx with my time because after the accident I simply could not deal with the xx either physically or mentally. He assured me that he could have me in and out as long as I had my paperwork in order. I confirmed with CapitalOne and brought copies with me so that we could all be on the “same page” with any stipulations or details of the sale. I also brought a blank check for the down payment. Three hours after arriving in an Uber, my wife and I again left in another Uber with not so much as a sorry or anything. There claim that CapitalOne system was not matching and until their systems matched, we would be out of options. This came abruptly in the face of the CapitalOne rep I kept on the phone while all of this transpired. I left deflated, frustrated and $40 less money in my pocket (Uber). After a week of multiple doctors visits and about 12 calls from Don, he assured me he could get this done I just needed to get back in the store. He said that he would have the vehicle ready and cleaned and the only thing I would need would be bring my check. I was reluctant, but I KNEW that I could not keep making my doctors visits with Uber. I confirmed again with him and his “Finance Manager” Kevin that I was not big on wasting time, they again assured me that they could get me into the vehicle after they confirmed the financing with Capital One. I got to the location again at around 630mCST and they told me that they could not find my file and thus I would need to reapply with via their financing department. I reassured them that my financing was already in order but I filled out the application and he prompted me to add my other income to the application (despite my reluctancy, I didn’t want that part considered) after two hours, him and Kevin come back and say that they could not find my file on he Capital one and that they would need me to provide all of these documents (documents I had already loaded to Capital One) so that they could see if they could get me financed on their systems. I told them, I DID NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THEIR FINANCING. I had my own financing already set up and I didn’t want the added credit hit because I was purchasing a rental property at the end of the week. Come to find out, they created THREE separate files for me and NEVER even checked the pre approval I came in with. They lied to CapitalOne claiming the need to refresh their systems because they could not even see my approval. As that turns out, they had kept trying their own applications and pad $4K to the sticker price of there “no haggle pricing” written on the freaking sticker. Suffice it to say that I left again $56 less in my pocket frustrated and in a tad more pain (my injuries were pretty severe) in an Uber. I have doctors appointment that I will be MORE difficult to get to because I have to have my wife book the Uber’s (I can’t drive in my condition). In my haste I took the files from they created in my folder from their office, NONE of them matched because they were all created trying to get another loan set up through their finance system. NONE of the files had the ACTUAL Capital One file number, I also had the CapitalOne rep on the phone on speaker telling the “finance Manager” Kevin that they did not need anything and that I was clear and to just take my check and give me the keys. I’m done with Mercedes Greenway, Don Morales, and Kevin. Oh did I mention that Kevin old my wife she had “a xxxxing attitude problem” WHAT IN THE ACTUAL xxxx?! More

I thought I lost part of my key and went to Greenway Plaza dealership parts department to order a replacement. After showing no less than four papers of identification to my ownership of the vehicle, t Plaza dealership parts department to order a replacement. After showing no less than four papers of identification to my ownership of the vehicle, the parts assistant refused to take my order due to not having the title or registration to the vehicle. The dealership lived up to its poor reputation of being customer adverse implying that I did not own the vehicle. An insult and why I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership. David Griffin was my sales person. He made my experience there very comfortable. He was very thorough, I told him what I was looking for and he matched me up with the perfect car. ALL I WANT TO SAY IS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I was told that I needed new tires when they were replaced 6 months ago when I purchased the vehicle. I told them about Apple Carplay malfunctioning or glitching Mr. Peter told me that there is nothing they can do about it?!?! WHAT?!?!?!? I WAS SHOCKED WHEN SAID THAT!!!!! and I'm still shock! Unbelievable I will sell my Mercedes Benz ASAP so that way I don't have to deal with these Crooks! These prople don't wanna stick by their product! and would love to blame you for everything. They all are like this from managers to salesman to service department. DO NOT CARE! I DID A HUGE MISTAKE BY PUCHASING MERCEDES BENZ! NEVER AGAIN! More
