Service from xxxx, put a 12 inch crack in windshield, tried to let me drive off , insulting my intelligence by thinking I would not see a 12 inch crack. Then tried to deny it-the first thing thet did whe tried to let me drive off , insulting my intelligence by thinking I would not see a 12 inch crack. Then tried to deny it-the first thing thet did when I arrived was take pictures of the car, clearly showing windshield was perfect-made me wait over an hour while they viewd cameras trying to get out of it - no integrity or honesty at all, basically treated me like I was a liar and stupid. Never offered to comp me for the inconvience, never apologized or admitted they broke the windshield. Car will never be the same, what else are they being dishonest about? Now I no longer have a factory installed windshield, God only knows what they will break replacing it. Begrudgingly gave a loaner and basically said if I put a fingerprint on it I would be billed - so got a loaner I am afraid to drive, they can break my car but God forbid I get a drop of mud on the loaner. I will never buy another mercedes, the 2026 loaner is worst car I ever encountered, no fuel gauge, no clock, tried using the digital manuel but impossible to use. Spoke with techs but still could not find fuel gauge, after pushingbuttons for 5 minutes, finally saw a tiny thin line hidden at the very bottom left corner with a tiny picture of a gas pump - how can you over complicate somethin as simple as a fuel gauge - have to be a software engineer and computer programmer just to check the fuel, and turn signal hidden by steering wheel, not even a clock, I hate these cars, stupid beyond belief. Now my car will never be the same, I don't even want it now. Only 60000 miles and over $20000 in maintenance, mercedes is a piece of junk - I have a ford with 380000 miles and have spent less than $5000 on maintenace - 3 Jaguars and never spent that much. Doubt I will go back to this dealer - tried to get over on me when they cracked the windshield, never offered to discount the service for the inconvenience -1 hour service turned into 5hours - asked for the special discount as advertised, they tried to get out of that also. Service tech looks like a Hells Angel prospect, I never want to see this place again. Overpriced, over rated, Better off with a Toyota More
