⭐Five Star Service! ⭐ After experiencing a flat tire, the service department immediately arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and transport it to the dealers ⭐ After experiencing a flat tire, the service department immediately arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and transport it to the dealership. The towing company also provided exceptional service by arriving promptly, handling my vehicle with great care, and ensuring it was delivered safely to the dealership. Because I reported my flat tire toward the end of the day, my vehicle didn't arrive at the dealership until near closing time, so I completely understood that it was too late to begin repairs that evening. However, first thing the next morning, the service team repaired my vehicle, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even took the time to perform a complimentary multi-point inspection of my vehicle, including checking the brakes, fluids, and tires. When my service advisor informed me that my vehicle was ready, I explained that I had no transportation to pick up my vehicle. Without hesitation, he personally delivered my vehicle to my home. That level of customer service and genuine care truly exceeded my expectations. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism, prompt communication, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service shown by everyone involved. Thank you for making a stressful situation so easy.
