Beware of Finance Manager - Doryan Price The finance manager Price, ran my credit and told me I qualified as a top-tier customer, but the best interest rate he initially offered was 8.79%. Later, a frie manager Price, ran my credit and told me I qualified as a top-tier customer, but the best interest rate he initially offered was 8.79%. Later, a friend found that Mercedes-Benz was advertising a 3.99% rate for the exact model I was purchasing. When it was brought to Price's attention, he acted as though he was unaware of the promotion, left briefly, and then returned with the 3.99% rate. I find it difficult to believe that a finance manager would not be familiar with the manufacturer’s current financing offers or automatically provide customers with the best available rate. I also had questions about my contract and called Price to get some clarification. Due to bad weather the call was disconnected and when I tried calling back, I was unable to reach him. Unfortunately, he has not returned my call. That said, if you're looking for an outstanding salesperson JaJa is the BEST! He provided excellent service throughout the entire process. Michael is a great service advisor. He has provided consistent excellent service. We've never had an off moment let alone a bad experience. He always communicates. He keeps us updated. I did service A of my 2020 MB GLE350 at this dealership in June 2025. Later I discovered they used not approved by MB oil spec for the vehicle engine oil during the oil change. Per invoice dealership used in June 2025. Later I discovered they used not approved by MB oil spec for the vehicle engine oil during the oil change. Per invoice dealership used 000-989-83-01-USB 9 MB Genuine engine oil 5W-40, Oils spec MB 229.5, which is not correct one for vehicle/engine. I contacted service director Jason Fleeks several time by email and contact form on their website with nor response. I did call him him by phone and was told by staff he is too busy. I did contact service advisor Michael Huerta and explained about the issue and was told it’s the oil they used for most vehicles and it’s as advised by Mercedes Benz. When I told him the MB issued approved oil Sheet 223.2 list the oil they used as not approved for the car, he repeated it’s what was MB told them to use and the dealership has no issues with it. Mercedes Benz of North Houston failed on its web page states: “Why Mercedes-Benz Service We know servicing your vehicle is just another chore, which is why the team at Mercedes-Benz of Houston North is dedicated to making the process as streamlined and worry-free as possible. From our factory-trained and certified TechXperts to our state-of-the-art service center, we will fix your car right, getting you back on the road and Driving Safe.” Such a nice words, but used wrong oil for oil change and do not take any responsibility for it and not proposing any solutions to resolve their own mistake, it’s the best customer service they can deliver.
