Mercedes Benz of North Houston was the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I live an hour and a half away so most of the negotiations were done by text or the phone. My salesperson(Jonn have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I live an hour and a half away so most of the negotiations were done by text or the phone. My salesperson(Jonny Hoang) texted me a drive out quote 23,833. When I went to my financial institution with the drive out quote, Jonny told me his fingers mistyped the correct amount 24,851. Once that was resolved, I informed Mr. Hoang that I will be there to pick up the car. The dealership had an hour and a half to get everything ready. I took off work, gave them my financial institution information and when I got there nothing was ready and the money could not be wired. They spoke with the loan officer at the bank and had the purchasing order. The loan officer informed them that the money would be there the next day if the car could be taken by the customer since they live away. The manager on duty informed me that because of the dollar amount, I could not take the car. I was getting a 24,000 used car. So against my better judgment and because my son wanted that car, I went back to get the car. Once again I informed them I was on my way thinking paperwork would be ready for me to sign by the time I got there, but no it was not. I waiting almost an hour before I could sign my paperwork. Once done, Mr. Hoang told me I had to come back to get my plates and that they could not mail them to me. I knew that was not correct. Just no compassion for our situation and no customer service. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
