The service dept rep Jessica Golden is not to be trusted with the care of your vehicle. She isn't transparent or honest in the way she conducts business. The service director or service mgr is never readily with the care of your vehicle. She isn't transparent or honest in the way she conducts business. I will never go there to have my car serviced or otherwise. Be very wary of the initial pleasantries and fake kindness, care and concern, it's all a facade. More
