I found a 22 MB GLC 300 at this location that I was interested in. I drove over 2 hours to see the car. I was met with disrespect and condescension from Tony, the sales manager. The sale ended with apprehension because I asked for a price reduction due to an accident on the CARFAX. He asked if I had seen the price before I drove there. I affirmed, and he followed up with, “Then why did you drive over 2 hrs to our store? Throughout our conversation, he tried to be a pushover. This kind of attitude doesn’t sit well with me. So I took my leave and worked with another AutoNation dealership CLOSER to me to acquire the same car. I’ve owned several MBs and worked with several MB dealerships; this is by far the worst one I’ve been at based on my interactions with Tony. I probably might have gotten a better experience with a different associate. More
I have been doing business with this store for 15+ years. I have bought a MB from every dealership in the state of MD. I have remained loyal mainly due in part to my Service Advisor-Sam W. He knows more than most of the salespeople about these cars/trucks- Pros/Cons. His advice, communication and customer care are unparalleled. He referred me to their top sales guy years ago, Sam M. Just recently, Sam W thought it best to reinvest in another GLS versus good money into bad for my '17 GLS 550. I was in for service, and karma had Sam M at Sam W's office. A brand new GLS 450 was in the service bay, and the next thing you know, Sam M started working on the "deal"! He told me to come in, and Steve(Sales Mgr) will not let me leave without this new truck! Together, they got me the deal of a lifetime right in time before the lease incentives went away after this month, and before the pricey tariffs! Sam W & Steve have a great deal of integrity and if you prefer the soft sales approach, these guys will kill you with transparency, making buying a $100K truck seamless! Thanks, HV Team !!
