Not only the dealership scheduled an appointment quickly, every single individual I talked with (either on the phone to schedule and in person at the shop) was outmost professional and KIND. I particularly w every single individual I talked with (either on the phone to schedule and in person at the shop) was outmost professional and KIND. I particularly would like to call out the expert technician, Sam Wu, who explained carefully what my options were and made an extra effort to really help me as the customer. In addition, he fixed the issue in no time (after I dropped off the car for an evaluation) and sent me a few videos of the car walk around and problem area. One last comment, the cleanliness and openness of the drop off area was amazing, an example every dealership should follow. More

Do not like the Auto Nation 'upsell' tactics at this dealer. Also, rotated the tires and did not reset the Tire Pressure Monitor - I had to adjust the pressure and reset the next day.
