Every single experience I have had since I purchased my first Mercedes in 2020 has been a xxxx show! So on this experience the dealership gave me a loaner car with expired registration and tags! Tried to s first Mercedes in 2020 has been a xxxx show! So on this experience the dealership gave me a loaner car with expired registration and tags! Tried to say service my have forgotten to put the new ones on but when verifies the tags were in fact expired since February! the employee told me if I got pulled over to "tell them the car belongs to Mercedes! Its brand new." The car wasnt brand new, and didnt have any registration in the car. It was a 2020 older than the car I have! So it didnt have the bill from the window in the car either. I only noticed this because my neighbor is Baltimore County police and she saw it. the guy put me to the service dept who then told me to bring the car back! WHAT! The tags are bad! I'm black woman in Baltimore county getting harassed for less everyday! That when I asked then to come get it, she said they were busy but would try and then sent somebody. This is just one of many stories about my poor experiences here. The third involves your dealership NOT PUTTING MY LEINHOLDER ON MY TITLE! I am done with Mercedes! More
