DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY!!! We are longtime Mercedes owners. First purchase from this dealer. NEVER AGAIN. Pretty much everything went wrong with my transaction a AND HONESTY!!! We are longtime Mercedes owners. First purchase from this dealer. NEVER AGAIN. Pretty much everything went wrong with my transaction and the dealer offered no support hence we are beginning legal action. 1) The dealer’s website mentioned a 2.24% interest rate. Upon discussion with salesperson Raymond Smith, he advised the interest rate is 3.24% and actually accused me of fabricating a screen shot from their website in trying to obtain the 2.24% interest rate. Manager “DJ” apologized for the accusation but explained that it was a one-off mistake. Weeks later, I pulled up a few other cars on their website and several offered 2.24% so the mistake wasn’t a one-off, rather a case of false advertising 2) Salesperson Raymond Smith also set the expectation for a 30-day delivery of the license plates, which was a major concern as we are out of state. For the first few weeks, both he and manager DJ kept saying that they checked and the request with It was in process. It turns out that this was not true. It took 78 days due to Mercedes of Jackson didn’t even start the process until 30 days after the purchase per the screen shot they provided. We had to use temporary plates that they provided. I was pulled over and questioned by the police several times. After 60 days of no plates, and opening up a case with Mercedes Benz USA, it was finally determined that the reason for the delay, beyond them starting at day 30, was simply that Mercedes Benz of Jackson did not provide my insurance to the DMV. They had it because the financing wouldn’t have been approved without insurance. Regardless, I provided it again in a matter of minutes and the plates then arrived a few days later. Mercedes of Jackson failed, NY state DMV performed well. 3) I am in NY. The car was shipped to me without a front license plate bracket. Upon bringing this to their attention, Mercedes of Jackson refused to provide the bracket so I had to pay $110 for it at my local dealer. 4) The car I purchased is a certified preowned. It supposed to undergo a vigorous inspection in order to be certified. The first miss in this regard was that the floor mats were for the wrong car and were so far off that they caused a safety issue wherein the accelerator pedal could not be properly operated. After several complaints, they did provide a set of new mats, but the concern is that this ought to have been caught in the certification process 5) One day after I received my car, I took it to my local Mercedes dealer for the required New York State inspection. My local dealer found a loose suspension component. They confirmed that this ought to have been caught in the certification process and the car should have an alignment which would be $324 The biggest concern of all is that it’s apparent that the certification process was rushed, or not completed at all and as such, I wonder what else might be wrong with the car that was not yet discovered. After all that went wrong, all I asked for was the alignment to be paid for by Mercedes of Jackson. General Manger, James White. James, Raymond, and DJ were all unresponsive. Due to all of the issues and lack of response, I made one final gracious and fair offer. I said that if they paid for the needed alignment, I would let everything else go, otherwise I would have no other choice but to file legal action and post this review. I tried my best to work through Mercedes Benz of Jackson’s shortcomings, and offered a fair solution which they declined. So, if you would like to purchase a Mercedes Benz, do not buy it from Mercedes Benz of Jackson. More

I blew a tire driving through Jackson on my way to New Orleans on a Friday afternoon. Through Mercedes Roadside Assistance, the operator arranged for my vehicle to be towed to the dealership in Jackson. T Orleans on a Friday afternoon. Through Mercedes Roadside Assistance, the operator arranged for my vehicle to be towed to the dealership in Jackson. The receptionist and service department went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. The service department had the tire in stock, and as it was 5pm on Friday, and the service department is not open on Saturday, I was resigned to wait until at least Monday to get a new tire. One of their technicians, Brian Kelly, came in ON HIS DAY OFF to replace my tire. You just don't find kindness and excellence like that anymore. I would give them 10 stars if I could. More

I drove it home, the following morning I brought it bk to the dealership stating the problems I’m having. I spoke with management explained how his employeee lied about the preown vehicle and I’m not satisfied. The manager told me ok you will need an attorney to return the vehicle. I asked who is over him bc this can’t be, he stated there isn’t. This Is not a place where u are valued and appreciated. Please spend your money some where else. More

I have taken my Mercedes’ to the Jackson Mercedes dealership for service for years and had always been pleased with the service until this last experience. I choose the service package I wanted but dealership for service for years and had always been pleased with the service until this last experience. I choose the service package I wanted but ended up paying a lot more than expected ..also I drive greater than 150 miles to get my car service and I always tell them this and I usually get a loaner car while I’m there and that has never been a problem until this last visit. I was told that they stopped approximately two months ago loaning the cars while you wait for yours. However I saw and heard the conversation of two white ladies as they were given a car…drove away in the car while I sat there for hours and I was still there when they returned the loaner car and got in her car that was finished being service .. I am so disappointed. I’ve always tried to spend my money in my state which is Mississippi.even though I live closer to the Tennessee line. But from now on I will be going where I’m treated with dignity and fair service prices.. More
Meh. Spent $149 to have MBrace reprovisioned so my new to me wagon could use MBrace. The dealer never checked to see if it was a successful procedure. When I picked it up I was told it was good to go. I s to me wagon could use MBrace. The dealer never checked to see if it was a successful procedure. When I picked it up I was told it was good to go. I should have been smart enough to trust but verify in the parking lot, but I did not. When I returned home, greater than 100 miles away, it did not work. I thought I needed to call MBrace again as stated on the work order. After several calls to MBrace, who had already set up the account and sent me to the dealer in the first place, it was determined the dealership never called MBrace to verify EIN of the onboard cellular modem. The procedure requires this in a previously owned vehicle according to MBrace. This correlates with several accounts on several MB forums. When I called the service manager, Julie King, she agreed I would have to bring it back but rather than agreeing to verify the procedure was performed correctly as MBrace keeps records of dealer interaction and there were no interactions for the reprovisioning, she immediately suggested my MBrace modem could be bad and diagnostic charges would be involved. So, bottom line is more money to cover the probable incorrectly performed reprovisioning that I have already paid for. Anyone can search the MB forums to see this is a common problem and why the dealer won’t just agree to recheck the work already paid for and “signed off” as complete before checking function is a mystery. Pride is a terrible thing. It is fine to be human and screw up what is apparently a very complex procedure per MBrace technical support, but to then say the computer said it was done so it must be done correctly is unacceptable. It is not like MB won’t make money in the future off the subscription, so why even charge for the reprovisioning. I might possibly try another dealer, but maybe this is a sign MBrace ain’t all it is cracked up to be. Certainly this dealership is not. My 5th MB but only my 2nd with any interaction with this dealer. It all comes rushing back. So sad. Nice shiny new building, lipstick on a pig. More

I used to hold Mercedes to high standards because of the fame and luxury attached to there name, but I’ve had to change that mindset. I went into Mercedes for a service recall for my cam adjuster that was m fame and luxury attached to there name, but I’ve had to change that mindset. I went into Mercedes for a service recall for my cam adjuster that was made to break right after warranty, and they took it back there and said it did have the code it needed and the symptoms, but then said it hadn’t failed their secondary test and told me to come back later and try again. That honestly just felt like a scummy business practice. They made a faulty part on my car and then wouldn’t replace it overall just felt like they wanted to push me out the door so they wouldn’t have to do it. :( More
