There's always dealership an issue when I go to this dealership. Even though I had a 9am appointment my service guy wasn't even there. I did get a new associate named Julia who was super efficient. She got me a loaner, called when oil change was completed but they hasn't cleaned it it. Turned into another day. The next morning pulling out to pick up my car, the dash and display instruments went totally black. Julia called me an Uber to get my car and sent others to retrieve the loaner. Simply...very inconvenient. If I wouldn't lose so much money, Id sell my new cle300 which I love just not to have to deal with Mercedes. Julia did a great job, Mercedes...not a fan More
The sales person I just interacted with treated me terrible!!! I had to explain everything three times and he treated me like I was an idiot.
