I was impressed with the level of service that I recieved from Kevin, he arranged a loaner car while my repair was being made. This is my first Mercedes I have owned, and will likely own others in the futur from Kevin, he arranged a loaner car while my repair was being made. I also appreciated them looking over the car and doing a check, since I purchased it used and it still has remaining time left on the warranty. They played no games and gave me a price IN ADVANCE of my trip to the dealer and, based upon my emailed photos, gave me a trade-in value IN ADVANCE that they honored once they could see the vehicle in person. Offered me the standard F&I (Finance and Insurance) extended warranty and enhancement options that I declined without any pressure. If I needed another deal like this, I will return to a dealer that operates this way. More
