Exceptional Service I recently leased a vehicle through Mercedes Benz and I can truly say this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I initially reached out to the dealership via email to get some information before I went in to test drive the car, Ray Hashemi responded to my email and immediately his professionalism and personal care in ensuring a successful car buying experience for me were on point. When I arrived at the dealership Ray met with me and we test drove the GLA 250, during the test drive he explained all of the features the vehicle had to offer, after returning to the dealership I mentioned that I wanted to test drive a vehicle at a different dealership (a different make) before I made my final decision, rather than trying to push me into purchasing the car right away we sat down and discussed some numbers and he brought in the fleet manager, Russ Ellis who supported my decision to test drive another car before deciding to buy, but also assured me that he would love the opportunity to earn my business. After test driving another car I returned to Mercedes Benz, out of all of the dealerships I visited Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel and Ray Hashemi by far provided the best service. I leased the Mercedes GLA 250 not only because I liked the car, but because I knew that I would be in great hands with Mercedes Benz. I will certainly return at lease end to lease another car through Mercedes and I look forward to once again working with Ray and Russ in what has been the greatest car buying experience for me, ever! Both Gene Russell (2nd car) and Ray Hashemi (1st car) were patient, friendly, and professional. No high-pressure sales nonsense or other BS. Gene stayed more than an hour after closing to finalize my most recent purchase without complaint or rushing. This dealership is just solid all around, consistently offering high-quality customer service. The service department is also solid, offering loaner cars and prompt service. They respect your time and treat your vehicle well. I have not needed any major repairs, only scheduled maintenance, so I cannot speak to that aspect. The line for free car washes can be insane, so it not something I have used much unless I have a random weekday off. But hey, free car washes! Every person I have worked with at MB Laguna Niguel has bent over backward to provide great service. It was an easy decision to be a return customer, and I look forward to continued relationship in the years ahead. Thanks! More
