Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel fixed a nagging problem with my older Mercedes SL. Tarek Saba, my service advisor was amazing. He listened to me, assisted me and advised me all along the process. I have directed a constant stream of questions to him during the almost 1 year process as I needed information on everything - this being a new model. I changed my build numerous times and at each turn he has treated me like my personal happiness with my car was his number 1 concern. Also, he came through with the numbers he said he could do. This has renewed my faith in car Dealers as I experienced not only zero sales pressure but also old fashioned "customer comes first" service. Kiss my Tesla X with zero customer service goodbye! More
