I was extremely excited for my custom ordered car. Waited 5 months and declined all other offers I had to buy available G63 inventory from other dealerships. Stayed loyal to Laguna Niguel, and ordered my sec 5 months and declined all other offers I had to buy available G63 inventory from other dealerships. Stayed loyal to Laguna Niguel, and ordered my second car during that process as well. I was informed the night before my car arrived by my sales rep without prior notice as I had told him to inform me. My business funds were being wires internationally and it took longer to deposit. The over MSRP changed although I was promised that if I order two AMG cars that I would still pay the same over sticker price as my date of order. I was spoken to extremely rudely by Candace, as if she were doing me a favor selling me a $265k car. The GM spoke to me as if I was some loser from the streets and he was going out of his way for me. They did not wait for my wire transfers. Extremely rude emails that changed tones every time with threats of selling my car to others. As a vip buyer and business owner, I have never been so mistreated in my life. I never knew a customer paying close to $300k had to tolerate such rudeness. Last time I checked, customer was king, especially with such cars and amounts. I chose another dealership that accommodated my urgent needs to fix what Candace, Pat and Tomas had damaged in trust. They may have all the stars, but I can assure anyone that no one should be treated the way I was especially with the amount that I was going to spend. The passive aggressive ups and downs of Candace was uncalled for. They lost not only two high end cars from my end as deals, but also anyone that knew me was going to be sent there for their car needs. You don’t treat high end customers like that, they are paying for their luxury. More
